He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie T. Padilla and Antonia Pacheco; his grandparents, Rudolpho and Arcelia Pacheco; his daughter Angelique Padilla; and his brother Rudy Padilla.
He is survived by: his wife Lupe Hernandez; his children, Melissa, Deven Black of Hereford, Texas, Cynthia Padilla of Amarillo, Texas and Michael Steven Padilla of Amarillo, Texas.; and his siblings, Gloria Hernandez of Amarillo, Texas, Manuel Romero of Amarillo, Texas, Vera (Albert Elevario) and Joseph Anthony (Patricia Chavez).
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the San Jose Catholic Church (735 Brevard St, Hereford, TX 79045).
