She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleburn Owen and Dorothy Owen (Kelley); her daughter Tina Sue King; her grandchildren, Brandi King, Leanna King and Jacob Bryan; and her siblings, Loyce York and Charles Owen.
She is survived by: her husband Troy Fowler of Hereford, Texas; her children, Carry King, Jr. (Kyle) of Amarillo, Randy King (Lisa) of Canyon, Texas, Deanna Frost (Jeff) of Amarillo, Kim Monroe of Amarillo and Becky Kuykendall of Hereford, Texas; and her stepchildren, Ruth Evenson (Bobby) of Springtown, Troy Fowler, Jr. of Amarillo, Charlotte Loftin of Garland, Tammie McKay (Dennis) of Alba and Penny Fowler of Lubbock, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren, numerous step grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home (105 Greenwood St, Hereford, TX 79045). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Avenue Baptist Church (130 N 25 Mile Ave, Hereford, TX 79045). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the West Park Cemetery (800 Bradley St, Hereford, TX 79045).
