She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Werner and Pete Livesay; her brother Howard Livesay; her grandparents, W. C. Flack, Norman and Daisy Livesay; and her granddaughter Vanessa Sparkman.

She is survived by: her husband Tommy Sparkman; her children, Kevin Sparkman, Kirk Sparkman (Shawnay) and Kandi Bell (Heath); her grandchildren, Tyrell Sparkman (Kaylee), Savannah Ouellette (Tyrell), Jacob Bell, Sarah Sappington (Jacob) and Maggie Carathers (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Sage Sparkman, Trentyn, Rylee, Remi Ouellette and Noah Sappington; and her brother Roland Livesay (Renea). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
