He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Higgins and Catherine Higgins (Stinger); and his son Patrick Higgins. He is survived by : his wife Juanita Higgins (Frost) of Hereford, Texas; his sons, Michael Higgins (Deborah) of Amarillo and Daniel Higgins (Vicky) of Hereford, Texas; his grandchildren, Micha Higgins of Pickerington, Jeff Higgins (Hollie) of Argyle and Catherine Wieck (Ryan) of Umbarger, Texas; his great grandchildren, Campbell, Ellyse Higgins, Callie and Charleigh Bullard; and his sister Alberta Cantwell of Benson, Arizona..
