He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Provence of Hereford, Texas; his children, Blane Provence of Hereford and Tannar Provence of Hereford; his grandchildren, Danielle San Miguel (Jesus), Michael Provence, Whitney Stanford (Nate), Shanah Provence (Jaden Davis) and Kaleé Provence (Theron Childers); and his great grandchildren, Quinnley Parsons, Sunny Parsons, Kasen Guzman, Barett Stanford, Eden Stanford, Jassiel San Miguel and Delayni San Miguel.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel (105 Greenwood St, Hereford, TX 79045).
