He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Reese Lewis Jr. and Marcella Catherine Landers. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Furgeson; his son Monty Lewis; his daughter-in-law Jessica of Canyon; his daughter Regina Kiehne (Kurt) of Canyon; his grandson Kole; his sister Linda Donais; his brother-in-law Paul of Canyon; and his aunt Mary Lewis of Hereford.
