He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Eileen Robins; his parents, Mervin Robins and Emogene Robins (Alaminski); his brother Mervin E. Robins; and his sister-in-law Janelle Robins.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Robins and Amanda Laxson (Charles) of Temple; and his grandsons, Hobey and Cole Laxson of Temple.
