She was predeceased by: her parents, Yates Felkner and Alice Felkner; and her husband Harry Jean Kelm. She is survived by: her children, Terry Wayne Kelm (Rae Ann) of Kerens, Texas and Timothy Bryan Kelm (Teresa) of China Spring, Texas; her sister Barbara Eugenia Barrett of Port Arthur, Texas; her grandson Bryan Wayne Kelm; her great grandchild Trinity of Mildred, Texas; her granddaughter Nichole Rebecca Rysdyke (Tony); her great grandchildren, Stetson and Brendall of Liberty Hill, Texas; her granddaughter Taryn Alise Alvarado (Tino); her great grandchildren, Reus, Catarino and Gael of Keene, Texas; her granddaughter Taylor Brooke Franks (Sheldon); her great grandchildren, Gunner and Samuel of Brownfield, Texas.; and her close friends, Peggy, Bob Wright and Gloria Baker. She is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Waco Memorial Park (6623 I-35 N Frontage Rd, Waco, TX 76706).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First Evangelical Church, 6347 South IH 35, Waco, Texas, 76706.
