He was predeceased by: his nephew Cory Regan. He is survived by: his parents, Virgil Herman Miller and Francis Vireene Dunlap; his wife Linda Thomas; his children, Alicia (Felipe Delgado) of Walnut Springs, Kirstie (James Bender) of Joshua, Sue Ellon Miller (Johnny Moralez) of Burleson, TW, David Palafox and Michelle Kiseve of Denton; his grandchildren, Maia Gilbreath, Cristian Ballesteros, Brayden Delgado, James Bender II, Noah Bender, Roxanne Miller, Calvin Gould, Serenity Gould, Beau Thomas, Hunter Thomas, Junia Kiseve Palafox and Chozen Kiseve Palafox; and his sisters, Vickie Dianne Wences of Waco and Marsha of Weatherford. He is also survived by half brother and two half sisters on his father's side; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
