He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Valeria. He is survived by: his sister Janet Cauthen (Jack); his cousin Janice Stroh; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Ingram. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Highlands Little League in Charles's name.
