He is survived by: his sisters, Retha Smith and Wanda Poer; his wife Joan Walker; his children, Rhonda Scott (John), Lori Jones (Duke), Suzanne Matheny (Don), Debbie Marley, Sheri Herrin and Tony Macaluso (Shelley); his brother-in-law Obie Hasty (Lael); his grandchildren, DJ, Morgan (Cody) and Hunter (Blake); his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Mallory, Kelton, Klayton, Aubree and Korbin; and his grandchildren, Kevin (Andrea), Saree, Victoria, Nadilee and Sophia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sterling-White Funeral Home & Cemetery (11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd, Highlands, TX 77562). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
