She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Jannise and Ada Jannise; and her husband Harland Alexander Forrest Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Junior Forrest (Robin), Kenneth Forrest (Carol) and Mike Forrest; her grandchildren, Tyler Forrest (Megan), Ashley Tubbs (Ethan), Clayton Forrest (Jessica), Kyle Forrest (Kayla) and Holly Maloy (John); and her great grandchildren, Emma Forrest, Tanner Forrest, Luke Forrest, Walker Tubbs, Chrissy Tubbs, Everett Forrest and Grant Forrest. She is also survived by extended family members, friends.
