He is survived by: his wife Elidia Carrillo; his children, Rosalba Carrillo, Patricia Carrillo (Gilbert Rodriguez), Erica Carrillo (Jesus Castañeda) and Benjamin "Pollo" Carrillo, Jr. (Michelle Salas); his grandchildren, Bianca Gonzalez, Jonathan Gonzalez, Amrielle Zamora, JoeAnthony Zamora, Alexander Garcia, Bryan Castañeda, Lorenzo Torres, Jacob Rodriguez and Claiton Rodriguez; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Gonzalez and Aylani Zamora. He is also survived by siblings, relatives.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A rosary was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Canon Coughlin Funeral Home (1420 Farr St, Waller, TX 77484). A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St Katharine Drexel Roman Catholic Church (800 FM 1488, Hempstead, TX 77445). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Mary's Catholic Cemetery (24180 Jingles Rd, Hempstead, TX 77445).
