He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Carver and Bill Carver. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Bradley (Jordan Carver) and Stacie (Jordan Ennis); his brother Kelly (Tina Carver); and his grandchildren, Jacky Clay Carver, Bailey Ann Carver, Saylor Isabel Ennis and Clayton Craig Ennis. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
