Daniels Sr.; her siblings, Edward Finney, Frank Finney, Billy Finney and Minnie Lee Briggs; her granddaughter Lakisha Finney; her great great grandchild Amoz Dodd; and her sons-in-law, Marcus Denson, Willie D. Lewis and Kerwin Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, J. W. Daniels, Jr. (Melanie) of Honey Grove, Claude Finney (Lisa) of Roxton, Christine Daniels (Cleotis) of Paris, Beverly Hayes of Honey Grove, Theresa Shaw (Willie) of Honey Grove and Valirie Lewis of Dallas; and her siblings, X. L. Finney of Dallas, Texas, Daisy Finney of Honey Grove, Texas, Grace Sampson of Honey Grove, Texas and Mary Finney of Honey Grove, Texas. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; and 26 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Christian Chapel (1005 Market St W, Honey Grove, TX 75446). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (Honey Grove, TX 75446).
