He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Hancock and Nancy Hancock; his brothers, Donald Hancock, Douglas and Doug Hancock; and his granddaughter Braxlynn Sage Hancock.
He is survived by: his wife Ronda Hancock of Hooks; his children, Sunny Hancock (Brandon Toal), Cody Hancock (Brianna) and Homer Hancock (Katie); his grandchildren, Kenzie, Ashton, Kylie, Dakota, Adalee, Kynlee, Maddox, Ryver, Emersyn and Huxlynn; and his siblings, Dwight (Paula Hancock), Timmy (Miranda Braley), Dennis Braley and Myra (Buddy Jenkins).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bates-Rolf Funeral Home (502 S McCoy Blvd, New Boston, TX 75570). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Hooks (210 Wilder Dr, Hooks, TX 75561).
