He is survived by: his children, Wesley Wells and Christina Thompson; his grandchildren, Sklyar Wells and Malachi Thompson; and his siblings, Leslie Albert Wells (Sonny), Micheal Don Capps, Betty Ann Smith and Glenda Faye Gentry.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of God Union Assembly (4981 US-59, Texarkana, TX 75501).
