He is survived by: his close friend Mary Daniel; his nephews, Ras Redwine, Mitch Schieffer (Shelly) and Mike Schieffer (Yvette); his great-nephew Ras Redwine, VI; his goddaughter Elizabeth Redwine Brenner (Luke); Ras Redwine, VII, Jane Price Brenner and Carlisle Schieffer Brenner.
