He is survived by: his mother Linda Jean Fernandez; his brother George Matthew Perez (Renea); his sibling's children, Elijah Perez, Roseadele Perez and Noah Maxwell; and his uncle David A. Fernandez. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
