She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilde Vergara and Fidel Vergara Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Lazaro Gutierrez; her sons, Heriberto (Laura), Ezequiel (Sandra) and Daniel (Christina); her siblings, Fidel Jr. Vergara (Ruth), Jaime Vergara, Maria Tapia (Juan), Ruth Chavez and Noemi Castilleja (John); and her grandchildren, Gabriella, Caleb, Nathan, Emily, Morgan, Julian, Joviano and Elyjah.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to support the family or her church Iglesia Bautista Hosana.
