He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ike Carter and Lenora Carter; his siblings, Herman, Johnny Louis, Isaac, Lee Otis, Lethia Joy Preston and Rosie Lee Lewis; his grandson Ronald "Duece" II; his wife Linda; his sons, Pastor Charles, Jr. (Michelle), Minister Jeremiah and Willie D. Preston, Jr.; his goddaughters, Lakeshia Randle and Tasha Henry; his daughter Monica Freeman (Johnny); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Brailyn, Johnise, Kerstyn, Tania, Kharsyn, Christopher II, Charles III, Caleb and John Anthony. He was also cherished by Many nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives, friends.
