He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Alfred Mouton, Sr. and Irene Barry Mouton; his siblings, John Alfred Mouton II, James Barry Mouton and Louise Alix; and his son Mark Tobin Mouton.
He is survived by: his wife Debra; his brother Edward Mouton (Beth); his sister-in-law Florence Mouton; his children, David Eugene Jr. (Sally), George Alfred, John Barry, Suzanne Gayle (Brian Odum) and Claire Louise (Mark Resnick); and his grandchildren, Alexandra Renee, Mary Katherine, David Eugene III, Brian Hayes, Michael Graham and Margot Louise. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
