He is survived by: his children, Khanh "Ken" Huy Tran (Tran), Khánh "Chuck" Huy Tran (Tina Do), Quyen Hong Harris (Kevin Harris), Khang Cuong "Charlie" Tran (Cindy Espinoza) and Elizabeth Fanling Tran (Truong Nguyen); and his sister Louise Lan Pham. He is also survived by son among six children, David is survived by his family.
