He is survived by: his wife Osakwe-Albert Ifeoma Bethel (Beth) of Nigeria; his mother-in-law Osakwe Theresa Uche of Nigeria; his sister-in-law Rita Nwamwaka Egbo; his children, Christopher Luna of Houston, TX, Alberto Luna of Houston, TX and Brenda Luna of Houston, TX; his brother Troy Gates of Houston, TX; his sibling's children, Jessica Gates of Atascocita, TX, Samantha Gates of Suglarland, TX, Abigail Gates of Thornton, CO and James Gates of Spring, TX.; and his sister-in-law Nancy Gates of Cleveland, TX. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
