He is survived by: his children, Melody Thomas of Ruston, LA, Kency Kelly (Houston), Karese Leavatts (Lacie Leavatts Jr.) and Kemeshia Raibon (Houston); his cousins, Melody, Kency, Karese and Kemeshia; his grandsons, Tre'Von Thomas, Tevin Thomas, Kency Kelly Jr., Koby Leavatts, Jakob Leavatts, Amari McClinton, Cameron McClinton and Melvante Raibon; his aunt Ruth Millner; his cousins, Thomas Turner, Michael Millner, Rachelle Williams and Teresa Millner; and his siblings-in-law, Troy B. Kelly (Dallas), Curtis Lee Kelly (Dallas), Arretha Polk (Tyler), Margie Nell Burns (Tyler) and Emma Bowie (Tyler). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Cr (9149 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095). A committal service was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Corinth Bullard Cemetery (2948 FM 346 N, Bullard, TX 75757).
