He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Fenner and Mary Lou Goeke Fenner; and his brother Donnie Layne Fenner. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lynn Fenner; his brother Donald Jeffrey Fenner; his nephews, Jaime Fenner and Robert James Reiffert; his niece Kathryn Lea Reiffert; his great-nephew Owen James Reiffert; his brother James David Hood (Sheila Barber Hood); and his caregiver Melissa Latham.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Kingwood First Baptist Church (3500 Woodland Hills Dr, Kingwood, TX 77339).
