He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Perez and Janie Perez. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Perez; his children, Andrew Diaz (Deja Guerra-Diaz), Jaden Diaz (Gracie Lopez) and Gina Perez; his siblings, Criselda Ayala (Bernardo Ayala) and Roman Perez (Ann Perez); his nieces and nephews, Alena, Roman and Merek; and his grandchild Jaden William Diaz.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Covenant United Methodist Church (22111 Morton Ranch Rd, Katy, TX 77449).
