He is survived by: his wife Bertha Ruiz; his children, Melissa Ruiz of La Marque, Frank Ruiz, Jr. (Lori) of Texas City, Steve Ruiz (May) of Texas City and George Alvarez of Houston; his siblings, Joe Henry Ruiz of Pearland, Yolanda Lopez (Robert), Virginia Alvarado, Isabel Lopez and Monica Cortez (Martin); his grandchildren, Mark Ruiz, Alissa Ruiz, Annabel Ruiz, Mariah Ruiz and Julliana Ruiz; and his great grandchild Adonis Gutierrez.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hayes Grace Memorial Park (10708 Hwy 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510).
