He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Blackburn (Robinson); his children, Tracy Fogarty and Douglas "DW" Blackburn; his grandchildren, Heather Blackburn, Shelby Dillinger, Brady Fogarty, Ryan Fogarty, Lita Blackburn, Erica Blackburn, Douglas "Rocky" Blackburn Jr. and Raven Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Riley, Shane, Caden, Kylie, Kaysen, Brayan, River and Bonnie; and his brother Marvin Blackburn (Buddy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
