He was predeceased by: his wife Bettie J. Conner McNeil; his parents, Rev. Frank A. McNeil, Sr. and Mattie Gentry McNeil; his siblings, Vivian Lister, Rev. George O. McNeil, Sr. and Frank McNeil, Jr. (Laura McNeil); his siblings-in-law, Ida Mae Conner, Annie Louise, Earl Robinson, Clarence, Nola Mae Conner, Willie, Hannah Conner, Norma Dee and Antoine Arceneaux, Sr.; and his granddaughters, Mekeva McNeil and Artissa Williams Wiggins.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Conner (Carolyn), ToniMcNeil Pierre (Eric), Rosalind McNeil Williams (Lawrence), GilbertMcNeil, Jr. (Lisa), Jacqueline McNeil (Jackie) and DariusMcNeil; his siblings, Ester McNeil Quiller, Charles "Ben" McNeil (Don), James McNeil (Charlene), Wilbert McNeil (Alzena), Rev. Milton McNeil, Sr. (Barbara) and Joe McNeil; and his siblings-in-law, Doris McNeil and Rev. Basel Lister, Sr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
