He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Watts and Betty J. Watts (Hartzer). He is survived by: his wife Datha (Buster). He is also survived by several cousins and his sister in law.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Klein Funeral Home (9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065).
