He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Thompson Smith (Tommy). He is survived by: his mother Carol Smith; his wife Sharon; his son Andrew Smith; his stepdaughter Lauren Garcia (Marcus Garcia); his brother-in-law Charles Rice; his sister Ginger Strothers (Megan Leyja); his nephew Justin Strothers; and his sister-in-law Amanda Roberts (David Roberts).
