We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2025, at the age of 91, Harriett Vatsures Semander (Houston, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Spiro and Helen. She is survived by: her husband Zack; her daughter Elena; her siblings, Lena, John and Pete; her daughter Maria; her son-in-law Fred Crawford; her daughter JoAnna; her son-in-law Chris Nicolaou; her son John Z. Semander; her grandsons, Andreas, Zack, Pete Nicolaou, Daniels and Zane Crawford; her siblings' children, John, Susan Pappas, Angelo Pappas and Karen Pappas; her cousin Nancy Semander; and also, Sherry and John, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews and Godchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any of the following organizations: The Kinkaid School Elena Semander Scholarship Award, Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Aspire Accessories Autistic Artisans.
