He was predeceased by: his nephew Brandon Kan; and his stepfather Kry Tek. He is survived by: his mother Kim Luon; his sons, Eliya Suy and Alexander Suy (Helen Huynh) of Oklahoma City, OK; and his siblings, James (Sokanthea Suy), Kimly Suy (Ritha Bunurai), Sengly Suy (Harp Kan), Sengkim Suy (Sok Mea Lea), Sony Tek, Dany, Khuong Kuy of Portland, TX, Thy and Somnang Tek of Aransas Pass, TX. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the San Jacinto Funeral Home (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the San Jacinto Memorial Park (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015).
