He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Calvin and Ermarita Maria Urick. He is survived by: his wife Kristal Barker Urick; his children, Jacob Elijah Urick and Moriah Dawn Wood (Jonathan David); and his sister Deme Urick Anderson (Milton).
