He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Jackson of Pineland, Texas.; his daughters, Shanna Medeiros (Jason) of Willis, Alison Lawrence (Ricky) of Magnolia and Brooke Simmons (Grant) of Magnolia, Texas; his siblings, Weldon McDaniel (Beth) of Hemphill, Texas and Margie Nell Miller (Kenneth) of Brookeland, Texas; his nephew Alan McDaniel; his nieces, Gay Miller and Jennifer Maxey; his grandchildren, Madison Hock, Buddy Wyatt Medeiros (Yuri), Margaret Medeiros, Caitlin Dean (Casey), Nolan Walker Lawrence, Audri Simmons, Levi Simmons and Kai David Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Cooper Clayton Hock and Opal June Hock.
