He was predeceased by: his parent Sevilla Marcel "Snook" Edwards; and his adoptive father Denver Halden "Pete" Blaylock. He is survived by: his son Jason Michael Blaylock (Angela Genell Blaylock); and his grandchildren, Isabella Rose Blaylock, Brody Michael Blaylock and Bailey Kay Blaylock.
