He is survived by: his wife Maryann Gelinas of Crosby; his son Christopher Millett (Heidi) of Crosby, Texas.; his grandchildren, Chaz Millett, Cheyenne Millett, Chelsea Millett Horacefield and Amaya Millett; his great grandchildren, Johnny Millett and Tessa Horacefield; and his brother David Millett (Martha) of Cincinnati.
