He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee; his children, Angela and Kevin (Molly); his grandchildren, Lucy and Kai; his son Jeff (Ginger); his grandchild Rawlings; his son Kyle (Jessica); his grandchildren, Harper, Charlie, June and Caroline; his daughter Claudine Kamrath; his grandchild Peyton Kamrath; and his daughters-in-law, Molly, Ginger and Jessica.
