She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Curry and Margaret Curry; her brother Fred Curry, Jr.; and her husband Robert Irl Patton. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Jann Curry; her children, Debbie Mims (Kerry), Tom Patton (Mary) and Donna Patton; her grandchildren, Chris Patton (Josie), Haley Elliston (Brooks), Cara Armes (Mark) and Jenny Moore (Ian); and her great grandchildren, Job, Silas, Geneva, Andy Patton, Mallory, Conrad, Warren Elliston, Waylon, Tommy Armes, Robbie and Maggie Moore.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Parish Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Joyce's favorite charities (St. Judes Children's Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation) or a charity of your choice in Joyce's honor, reflecting her lifelong commitment to helping others.
