He is survived by: his wife Lucia Torrez of Houston, Texas; his children, Rebecca Ramirez of Houston, Raquel Torrez (Mark Luna) of Houston, Julian Torrez Jr. of Houston and Andrew Torrez of Houston; his siblings, Carmen Torrez of Torrance, Margie Peralez of Sundown, Lisa Torrez of Lubbock, Texas and Ray Torrez of Houston; his grandchildren, Christopher Torrez, Alexis Ramirez, Fernando Torrez, Devin Luna, Ruben Ramirez Jr., Dominique Luna, Andrew Torrez Jr., Aiden Torrez, Khloe Luna, Adrian Torrez and Keilana Torrez; and his great grandchildren, Alex Ramos, Camila Luna, Aziel Ramos and Madelyn Luna.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Et San Jacinto Funeral Home (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
