He is survived by: his children, Donna (Darryl), Carlos (Anitra), Donald (Rebecca), Barry and Richard; his brother Ray (Betty); and his siblings-in-law, Freddie Mae Stephens and Albert Neal (Tony Elders). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mt Moriah Baptist Church (4730 Pederson St, Houston, TX 77033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Paradise Cemetery South (2237 Cullen Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77581).
