He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Holmes of Tampa, Chevalia Bowers (Darrell), Helen, Perkins-Taylor (late Pastor Eddie Taylor III), Michelle Powell (David), John Perkins, James Perkins (Cassey), Tara Perkins (Martin) and Wayne; his nephew Eddie Taylor IV (Lupy); his uncle Lionel Perkins; his aunts, Joyce Albert and Dr. Cynthia Ratchford (Jerome); his brother Gregory Miller; Michael Holmes (Shannon) of Tampa, Anthony Holmes (Claudine) of Tampa, Lisa Hall, Jarre, Justin Ewing, Julian Ewing, Vincent Powell (Ebony), Christion Bowers, Dr. Jasmine, Victor (Aaron), JaLisa Perkins, Denzel Taylor, John Perkins Jr. and Jonae Brown (Joseph). He is also survived by great nephews and nieces, cousins, and friends.
