He is survived by: his sons, Rahsaan Ray Howell (Chasie) and Kareem Amal Howell; his wife Bettye; his granddaughter Cydney Rae; his close friend Jessie L. Jerkins of Caldwell, TX; and his goddaughter Charlotte Parker of Houston, TX..
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the New Faith Church (4315 W Fuqua St, Houston, TX 77045). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at the Houston Memorial Gardens (2426 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, TX 77581).
