He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Bennett (Armstrong); and his wife Cathy Bennett (McKinney). He is survived by: his father Lowell Dean Bennett; his son Barry Bennett (Susan) of College Station, Texas; his grandchildren, Kylie Hammack (Montana) of College Station, Texas and Colton Bennett (Brinley) of College Station, Texas; his great grandchild Ryder Hammack; and his brother Michael Bennett of Forney.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ridgeview Memorial Park (2525 N Central Expy, Allen, TX 75013).
