She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Scott Sr.; her parents, Columbus Baines Sr. and Mamie Baines (Watson); and her sons, Joseph Scott and Columbus Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Scott Jr., Edward Scott, Julia Scott, Mamie Scott, Kathy Scott, Carol Denton (Nathan) and Gloria Scott; and her brothers, Columbus Baines Jr. (Rosetta) and Nick Baines. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
