He is survived by: his children, Elton Ray Tipton (Cheri) and Chrystal Vitulli (Ed); and his brother Earl Tipton (Mary). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
