He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Lou Cammack and Billy Charles Cammack. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Cammack; his children, Tiana Williams, Douglas Craig, Bryan Cammack and Timothy Cammack; his grandchildren, Valerie Velasquez, Matthew Martinez, Aiden Cammack and Addison Cammack; and his siblings, Mike Cammack, Ted Cammack, Kathy Cammack and Carole Randel.
