Atkinson Jr.; her grandchildren, Christopher Mitchell (Felisha), Darius Thomas and Sade'Bowden; and her great grandchildren, Khamari Thomas-Mitchell, Camren Mitchell, Adrianna Thomas, Carsen Mitchell and Mathew Huelett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jones Memorial (2504 Almeda Genoa Rd, Houston, TX 77047). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Houston Memorial Gardens (2426 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, TX 77581).
