With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Cook-Hungate of Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 81. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Ross and Rob Hungate (Jenifer); her grandchildren, Cory Hungate and Elyse Morgan (Jack); her great grandchild Emma Brooke Morgan (EB); and her siblings, Richard Cook (Claire) and Beverly Bannister. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Houston's First Baptist Church (7401 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024).
